November has arrived like a quiet breath at sunrise with cooler air, softer light, and deeper reflection. We just returned from an RV trip to Death Valley to celebrate Saje’s first birthday, hearts full and grateful for the wild beauty and organized chaos of this past year. Now that we're settling back in, we’re inspired to close 2025 with intention and renewal.
This month, we’re thrilled to share something new and close to the heart: our “Write It Through” series. This offering weaves yoga, breath, and guided journaling into one flowing practice as an invitation to process emotions, anchor awareness, and come home to yourself. It’s not just movement; it’s transformation written into your journal and felt deep in your bones.
We’ve also just released a fresh collection of vibrant yoga mats - rich, joyful hues to brighten your space and bring color into your rituals. Whether you’re moving through a fiery morning flow or finding stillness in meditation, these designs are a soft reminder to return, again and again, to your mat and to yourself.
As we round the corner into the final stretch of 2025, our hearts are overflowing with gratitude…for this community, for your presence, and for every moment you choose to breathe, move, and grow alongside us.

This month, we’re opening the doors to something new and deeply personal.
We created the Write It Through series as a sacred space where you can move through what you’re feeling, not just think about it. It’s where yoga, breathwork, and journaling meet to create a soft, powerful practice of embodiment and release.
Each session blends gentle movement, mindful breath, and self-reflective writing so you can regulate your nervous system, reconnect to your inner voice, and come home to yourself with more compassion and clarity.
This isn’t about pushing through. It’s about writing it through the overwhelm, the stuckness, the tenderness, the transition. Together, we move with intention, then sit with truth. What arises, we meet. What’s ready, we let go.

We shared the hardest chapter of our RV journey when our beloved Malama was stolen, stripped, and turned into a meth lab. What began with heartbreak became a lesson in resilience, clarity, and what truly matters. We shared another heartfelt and inspiring live gathering this month, filled with warmth, reflection, and deep connection. From welcoming the new member of the BNF Team to unpacking everything from yoga for back pain to parenting, city living, and purpose, this month’s conversation flowed through the full spectrum of the yogic path and life itself. We explored the power of daily kriya, shared thoughts on teaching beginners and those with diverse needs, and reflected on how our practice helps us meet both transition and fatigue with grace. Flo teased a new format in the works, and Bre reminded us of a beautiful Paulo Coelho quote:
“When you want something, all the universe conspires in helping you to achieve it.”
