We’re getting ready to open the doors again to the Breathe and Flow Yoga Academy with two more 200-hour Yoga Teacher Trainings taking place from July 11 - Aug 01 2026 and Aug 15 - Sep 05 2026 in Spain. If this has been on your heart, now’s the time to get ready.

Wonder what it’s like at our teacher training? Read more about our school and hear from our students or you can even try this 90 minute Inner Power Yoga Class from our last YTT. At the training, we start everyday together with a guided practice so we can move, breathe, and meditate as one.
