As we transition into the next chapter, we take a moment to look back.
Here’s what unfolded throughout February.

Hello dear yogi,

February brought deep connection, desert stillness, and meaningful moments across our global community. From two powerful retreats in Joshua Tree to a heartfelt community gathering, a new job opening, and a soft launch of a new path unfolding soon inside the Wolfpack, this month reminded us why we practice together.

Last month carried a different energy. Less about resetting, more about remembering what truly matters. It was a time of shared experience, meaningful conversation, and quiet momentum building beneath the surface.

There was depth in the way we gathered, clarity in the steps we took, and a subtle sense that something new is beginning to unfold.

Looking ahead, we continue laying the foundation for our 200-hour teacher trainings and gatherings already taking shape across 2026. This season is helping establish the rhythm of the year, and we’re deeply grateful for the opportunities to connect, create, and meet with many of you in person again.

We’re deeply grateful for this community and the way our mission continues to evolve alongside you. Each month adds new layers of depth, intention, and shared growth. What we are building together feels steady and meaningful, rooted in connection and carried forward with care. Thank you for being part of this living, breathing journey. It’s an honor to walk it with you.

Joshua Tree Retreats 🌵💫

Our Joshua Tree retreats wrapped up so beautifully. 🏜️ Four days of strong practice and soft landings. Desert mornings that woke the body up. Evenings that brought everyone back down into stillness. Every hour in between was filled with laughter, real conversation, quiet breakthroughs, and that feeling of being held by a community that just gets it. We moved, breathed, plunged, and restored. We shared delicious plant-based meals, wandered the labyrinth, and soaked up the desert with guided hiking, stargazing, and sound baths. It was full. It was grounded and deeply human.

As we close this chapter, we simply want to say thank you to Eileen, Kim, Conan, Rock, Steven, Anthony, Bri, Gabriel, Gibson, Jake M., Andrew, Teri, Angela, Tony, Paul, Stefan, Paul, Meir, Max, Carl, Jake, Jordan, Josh, Kira, Lisa Anne, Shippy, Patricia, Louisa, Michelle, Simon, Raul, and Desmon. Thank you for showing up. Thank you for your trust. Thank you for sharing this sacred space with us. The desert has a way of bringing people together in the most meaningful way, and each of you made this experience what it was. 🙏🪐

If you are feeling called to step deeper into your practice, to gather in person and truly flow and grow, our upcoming Yoga Teacher Trainings are that space. This is your invitation. You can explore the details and save your spot for the upcoming YTT here.

New Nanny Position at Breathe and Flow HQ!

We recently opened our home to find someone truly special. A grounded, emotionally aware Family Assistant and Nanny to step into our rhythm and help create calm, meaningful days for our boys. This role was always about more than childcare. It is about presence, emotional intelligence, and helping maintain a steady, regulated home environment. Supporting the kids with play and care while keeping the natural flow of our daily routines moving smoothly. We were looking for someone full time and long term, based in Las Vegas or open to relocating, with potential travel opportunities this summer. Applications have now closed, and we are deeply grateful for the thoughtful, heart-led responses that came in. Stay up to date with future job postings and opportunities to work with us here.

Here’s what else unfolded in the BNF world in February…

An energizing 8-minute full body flow you can practice anytime, anywhere. No talking. No cues. Just breath and movement.

Only had 10 minutes today and this absolutely nailed it.- @threepeat333

This 30-minute lower-body recovery class builds heat and strength through the legs while giving your wrists, elbows, and shoulders a full break. Ground through your feet, stabilize your spine, and explore intensity without strain. A practice of smart, steady rebuilding.

What a coincidence. I have been a fan of your channel for many years and after injuring my wrist 6 weeks ago, today I felt confident enough to return to your channel and try putting weight on my wrist - @corinnegusnoski1538

I move through this month with steady devotion and an open heart, grounded in practice, softened by presence.

February invited us to stay.
To tend what we’ve begun.
To soften into consistency.
To choose devotion over intensity.

Whether you arrived feeling grounded or gently recalibrating, we witnessed this community deepen its roots and return, again and again, to the breath. This month reminded us: transformation is often quiet, steady, and built through small, faithful steps.

Thank you for continuing this journey with us, with patience, courage, and care. Here are a few moments from February that captured the spirit of our practice together.

Supportive & beautiful words under January 2026 Community Gathering: That "helping a village" approach is a nice mindset. Last week, I chose to shovel snow in my neighborhood every morning during a storm. I didn't even have to workout that week because I was rotating/swinging/pushing snow all morning. It's still yoga to choose others instead of doing asana on a mat! - Matt

As seen under Day 11 Thursday Practice | IGNITE 28 Day Yoga Program: Really enjoying this. I must admit at the start of doing yoga with you two, which is basically the beginning of 2026 and actually the start of my yoga journey. I wasn’t really getting into the breath work and meditation but after starting the IGNITE program, that has changed and I’m really seeing and feeling the benefits from it all. Much love and respect from Lancashire , England 🙌🏼 - Adam

A thoughtful reminder from Carl, under Approach of the Better Posture Program: It’s a beautifully stated goal that “you’re so in harmony with yourself […] that you just know who you are. And when you know who you are, you also know how to act.”

Thank you for sharing your practice and welcoming us into your space and heart. With deep gratitude and love 💕

REALITY Series: Practice Anyway 🐝

Two hours of practice with a touch of Flight of the Bumblebee energy. 🙏

Toys everywhere. Kids climbing. Someone yelling. Someone laughing. Maybe a tear or two. And honestly, this is the point. The practice is not separate from life. It lives inside it. In the noise. In the interruptions. In the constant movement.

🙌 If you value it, you make time. If you want it, you find a way. Practice does not need perfect conditions. It needs commitment. It needs you showing up anyway. This is what a two hour family practice looks like in our house. Messy. Loud. Distracting. And still sacred.

Instagram post

🏠 Recently, we shared on Instagram that we were inviting someone new into our home to support our family life and daily flow. The response was incredibly thoughtful and heartfelt, and applications have now closed. We are grateful for the care and resonance this opportunity received. 🌱

As this season unfolds, we soften into rhythm. The initial momentum of the new year begins to settle, and what remains is the quiet work of devotion. In our recent gathering, we leaned into that energy together. Not chasing change, but tending to it. Steadily. Patiently. One breath at a time.

The conversation invited us to nurture what has already begun. To stay with the practice when it is no longer new. To meet resistance not as failure, but as part of the path. Compassion and courage were woven together as reminders that growth rarely comes from intensity alone, but from consistency and awareness.

We continue this chapter not with force, but with intention.

“The only bad session is the one you skipped.” – Flo

Here’s to steady devotion, quiet courage, and strength that deepens through showing up again and again. Grateful to keep walking this path with you, one intentional breath at a time.

Catch up here if you didn’t make it live. Stay tuned for our next gathering. Check the Announcements section for Zoom links and info, and bring your reflections, questions, or simply yourself. We’d love to see you there. ❤️
