Hello dear yogi,

January unfurled slowly but meaningfully; a time of reset, a need for restoration, and then some steady steps forward.

For many in our community, January was a return: to the mat, to ritual, to self. For us, it was also a month of grounding and preparation: getting ready for our Joshua Tree retreats, and setting the foundation for our 200 hour teacher trainings and gatherings already unfolding across 2026. It’s shaping up to be a beautiful year of meaningful connection and creation and we are beyond excited to be teaching and meeting more of you guys in-person again!

We’re so grateful for this community and all the ways the Breathe and Flow mission continues to evolve with you. From new programs and refined practice pathways to expanded community features and in-person experiences, this year is bringing even more ways to support your journey, and we’re honored to walk it with you.

Every Day Yoga

Our brand new 30-Day Yoga Calendars are here and already loved by hundreds of yogis across the world. Designed with purpose for every stage of practice, they remain a solid favorite of our collections, with new members joining and beginning their journeys every day. Whether you’re just starting out, seeking steady rhythm, or ready for a deeper challenge, choose from the Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced calendar and follow a curated daily flow. We’ve also added a notes feature to reflect after each class and track how your energy shifts over time; a beautiful way to witness your growth, physically, emotionally, and energetically.

We’ve heard your requests, and we’re so happy to share that both the Community feature and Class Notes are now live inside your membership. Bre opened this month’s gathering with a beautiful meditation inviting us to soften into compassion; for ourselves and for others. It was a reminder that we never truly know what someone else is carrying, and that offering the benefit of the doubt, even silently, can shift everything. In a world that so often rushes to react, her guidance brought us back to empathy, presence, and a deep sense of humanity.

Together, we explored what it means to begin the year without rushing. To arrive gently. To meet resistance as a teacher. From trusting our own inner knowing to moving through the discomfort that often comes with awakening, the conversation invited honest reflection and deep listening, one breath at a time.
