March was all about building momentum, enjoying collaboration, finding clarity, and setting the next phase.

Hello dear yogi,

March felt like a month of grounded progress and forward movement.

There was a clear sense of momentum across everything we have been working on. Projects that had been unfolding began to come together, ideas became more defined, and the direction ahead felt more tangible with each step.

A big part of this energy has been devoted to creating a new offering for our members. This is something we have been building with great care and intention over the past several months, and while it is still unfolding, it already feels like a significant step in supporting your journey. An evolution of the practice, one that weaves together all aspects of yoga into something more integrated and complete. A space that gently guides you back to yourself. More on this soon!

Something else that made this month especially meaningful was the way we connected as a team. We dedicated more time together on video calls, sharing ideas, reflecting, and simply being present with one another. Even across different parts of the world, that space brought a deeper sense of connection, alignment, and shared purpose into everything we are creating here at Breathe and Flow.

We are grateful to be building this alongside you. Thank you for your presence, your trust, and your continued commitment to your practice. What we are creating together continues to deepen, and it is an honor to walk this path with you.

As many of you already know, we’re gathering in Spain this summer.

Our 200-hour Teacher Training preparation is well underway.

Three weeks of deep practice, structured learning, and real transformation. Mornings begin with movement and breath. Evenings invite reflection, integration, and connection. Everything in between is designed to support your growth in a way that feels both grounded and expansive.

This is a full immersion into the practice of yoga. Not just how to move, but why. Not just how to teach, but how to listen, observe, and hold space. We’ll explore asana, breathwork, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and sequencing, all woven together with modern movement science and nervous system awareness.

You’ll be teaching from day one and receive thoughtful, personalized feedback to help you build confidence and awareness. There will be moments that challenge you, and moments that bring you back to yourself. Shared meals, community gatherings, and meaningful connections naturally unfold as we walk this path together.

Whether you’re looking to deepen your own practice and walk your personal path, or you feel called to guide others, this is the place.

March invited us to move forward. It brought collaborations with our community and team to refine what we’ve been building and meet the path ahead with intention.

This month reminded us that growth is not only about beginning. It is also about continuing with awareness, staying with the process and trusting the rhythm even when things feel a bit messy and overwhelming at times.

Our Community spaces are more active than ever, with yogis from across the globe sharing their practice, their challenges, and all aspects of navigating life in the modern world! Here are a few moments from March that reflect the energy of our practice together.

In our March gathering, we leaned into this energy together. Not chasing change or starting over, but continuing with awareness. Listening more closely. Letting the practice guide us instead of trying to control it. Remembering that growth often comes not from doing more, but from allowing more.

There was a shared reminder that the body carries its own intelligence. That sometimes, when we step out of the way, it knows exactly what to do. And in that space, we discover a different kind of strength, one rooted in trust rather than force.
