January has arrived, a time for new beginnings and renewed clarity.
As we step into this new year, we’re pausing to reflect on all that unfolded in 2025 with full hearts and looking ahead with grounded intention.
A few weeks ago, the BNF team gathered virtually for our annual offsite; a space for visioning, reflection, and a (slightly competitive) round of team games. Big congratulations to Luke, our reigning G.O.A.T, two years in a row! 🐐 Catch his first win at our iceland team offsite - that 18 min chair pose was kiiiiller.
We’re all so excited about what 2026 is bringing to you, our community, and how the Breathe and Flow mission continues to deepen, develop, and grow. From new programs and membership features to refined pathways; more is coming to support your journey and we’re honored to walk alongside you.
Every Day Yoga
We’re thrilled to share that our brand new 30-day yoga calendars are here, designed with purpose for every level of practice. Whether you’re starting out, building consistency, or craving more challenge, you can now choose from our Beginner, Intermediate, or Advanced plans and commit to your path with daily curated classes. We’ve also introduced a brand new notes feature, so you can jot down reflections after each class and revisit how you felt along the way. It’s a beautiful way to witness your growth: physically, emotionally, and energetically.
Looking for a 2026 Retreat?
We also announced something incredibly special, our first stateside retreats since 2019 in Joshua Tree, California. If you’ve been feeling the call to gather in sacred community and meet other yogis in the Wolfpack family, immerse in deep practice, and root into the grounding stillness of the desert, this is the one for you. 🌵💫 This will be the last retreat of its kind until 2029, so if your heart feels curious, consider this your sign to join us in the desert next month.

This month, we shared something incredibly close to our hearts, our next in-person Joshua Tree retreats. These are more than just gatherings; they’re sacred spaces to reconnect with yourself, the land, and with others walking a similar path. From morning meditations in the quiet desert to evening fire circles under starlit skies, every moment is designed to help you move, breathe, and return with intention. There are only a few spots left, and we would love to share this time with you. 🌵✨
Last month we shared the hardest chapter of our RV journey when our beloved Malama was stolen, stripped, and turned into a meth lab. What began in heartbreak became a deep remembering of what truly matters. This past month, the story took a new turn.
We took Pomaikai, our new RV and our symbol of renewal, on big adventures. We traveled through the red cliffs of Red Rock Canyon, the alpine air of Mount Charleston, and the stark magic of Death Valley, where we celebrated Saje’s 1st birthday under the stars. ⭐️
We also marked 10 years of being together. A decade of presence, adventures, growth, challenge, and devotion. A typical day as two students that chose to show up for a yoga class to heal our hearts (and back pain) turned out to be the best decision we ever made when our mats were dropped down next to each other.
The open road reminds us: everything is temporary. And everything is sacred. If you've been waiting for a sign to pause the scroll, pack the bags, and go, this is it. Pomaikai is now available for rent, ready for your next chapter too 🛞❤️

We came together for another heartfelt end-of-year gathering, rooted in reflection, breath, and community. As the year winds down, the conversation naturally returned to what matters most, how we stay present, connected, and kind to ourselves as we move forward with clarity and intention. From navigating the end of the year to looking ahead with clarity, it was a conversation rooted in connection, curiosity, and care. Bre gave us a lovely reminder we can come back to time and time again:
“If in doubt, a dose of gratitude helps.”
