We hope this little letter finds you grounded. Perhaps you are enjoying a moment of relative stillness after any ‘stirring up’ life has given you recently. We’re here with you.
One of the biggest shifts we shared last month is that this summer’s Yoga Teacher Trainings in Spain will be the final in-person 200-hour BNF YTTs. These offerings have shaped so much of our lives over recent years, and seeing how our students have grown, transformed, connected, and stepped into their own path since their graduation has been incredibly moving and inspiring. This meaningful chapter is coming to a close as we begin shaping the next evolution of Breathe and Flow. So excited to meet everyone who is joining the 2026 cohort of the BNF Yoga Academy. 🔥
As many of you know, we recently spent a few magical days at Lightning in a Bottle Festival, celebrating Bre's birthday and welcoming her into her next year around the sun. 🏜️ Surrounded by family, friends, music, movement, and nature, it was a beautiful reminder of the importance of community and taking time to reconnect with what truly matters. ✨
This year carried an extra layer of gratitude for us. Having attended Lightning in a Bottle many times simply as participants, it felt surreal and deeply humbling to be invited to teach there. Sharing our Breathe and Flow practice with hundreds of people in the Yoga Sol tent and feeling the collective energy of the community moving and breathing together was something we'll never forget. It was one of those moments that reminds you yoga is about so much more than what happens on a mat. It's about connection, presence, and the feeling of belonging to something bigger than ourselves.
This month brought a very exciting addition to the Wolfpack membership space: The Wolfpack Path. Designed as a long-term companion for your practice, it offers a clear, structured way to explore movement, meditation, self-inquiry, and yoga philosophy. We’ve built a journey through weekly classes, resources, study guides, and daily practices to explore at your own pace. Rather than another program to complete, The Path offers an ongoing journey that helps you return to yourself again and again, with greater awareness each time. More on The Wolfpack Path coming soon!
