From icy dips to coffee sips, dharma talks to evening walks, morning flows to sunset glows;

August was one for the books.

Here’s what the month brought.

Hi friend,

We hope this little letter finds you well and that you're finding moments to slow down, breathe, and reconnect with yourself each day. Wherever you are in your practice or in life, we're so grateful to have you here with us.

August was a beautifully bountiful and heartfelt month for us. The Fire Horse energy of 2026 is showing no signs of slowing down, and we embraced the fire as we rode forward, hearts leading us through the heat of beautiful Seville this summer.

After wrapping up our first group for the 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training of the year in July, we welcomed our second group of students to Suryalila in Spain in August for our final three-week YTT of this kind. Once again, people traveled from all over the world, dedicating three weeks to practicing, studying, and learning to teach the Breathe and Flow Method. And after 21 days of immersion for each cohort, seventy-five new BNF Academy graduates are now out there in the world!

Seeing a group arrive as individuals and leave as a family, these trainings continue to remind us that the practice goes far beyond what happens on the mat. The bonds made at live gatherings run deep and last long after we say our goodbyes.

This year we also invited our previous alumni to apply to join us as mentees, and so we also had five incredible teachers who took the BNF Advanced Mentorship Pathway to gain more leadership experience and learn what goes on behind the scenes of a big live event like this (spoiler - there’s A LOT going on!) They all blew us away with their professionalism, their energy, their beautiful uniqueness, and the way they held space for the students around them while also diving deep into their own evolution into their niche. Shoutout to Jan, Thorin, Lorna, Tom, and Schuler - we love you so much and are so proud of the leaders and teachers you are.

If you’d love to practice with a BNF teacher near you, you can find many of them in our BNF teacher directory; 75 more will be added to our directory in the coming weeks so stay tuned to find a teacher in your neighborhood soon!

And while we've been teaching in Spain, we've also been preparing for something brand new. On October 3 - 4, we're coming to London for a two-day weekend immersion: The Breathe and Flow Method is hitting the road!

We know that taking several days or weeks away from work, family, and everyday life isn't possible for everyone, so we wanted to create another way to come together in person, go deep, and share some of the ideas that have become central to how we understand the body and practice.

The Breathe and Flow Method is our integrated approach to practice, shaped by years of dedicated exploration and advanced training across movement, strength, mobility, breathwork, myofascial release, holistic anatomy, and Anatomy Trains Structural Integration. More importantly, this is how we have practiced ourselves for many years. The Method grew naturally from bringing these different disciplines together and experiencing how much more useful they become when they are not treated as separate practices.

The philosophy behind it is simple. The body is interconnected and should be practiced as a whole. Structure and function influence one another. The body is always adapting to what we repeatedly ask of it. Strength should support movement rather than restrict it. Mobility needs control and integration. Load can reveal whether we can maintain organization when more is asked of us. Recovery and down-regulation are part of practice, not something separate from it. And ultimately, the purpose of practice is to help us move through life with greater awareness, capacity, and choice.

Over two full days, we’ll move, study, experiment, and explore holistic anatomy, fascia, tensegrity, myofascial release, strength, mobility, breath, philosophy, and the Breathe and Flow Method. There will be space to ask questions, connect, and explore the patterns and relationships within your own body through both study and practice.

If you love moving your body and want to better understand what it’s telling you, this weekend offers space to listen more closely and develop a practice that works with your body as it changes over time. You do not need to be a yoga teacher to join us but if you are a teacher, therapist, or bodyworker, you’ll have an opportunity to deepen the understanding you bring to the people you work with, with more context for the different bodies, patterns, and experiences that arrive in your class or treatment room.

If you'd like to join us in London on October 3 - 4, then call your yogi friends, clear the weekend, and let’s spend it together. πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§πŸ™

Here's what else unfolded throughout August...

Build full-body strength and raise your heart rate in just 8 minutes. Squats, push-ups, planks, and a challenging extended hold make this quick workout perfect when you’re short on time but still want to feel stronger and ready for your day.

Build strength, improve mobility, and feel more connected in just 12 minutes. This no-equipment yoga workout challenges balance, stability, and control while helping you move with greater ease on and off the mat.

I honor what has shaped me, stay present with where I am, and remain open to what is becoming.

Whether practicing together in person or connecting online, this community continues to remind us that we are capable of so much more together than we could ever do alone.

πŸ™Œ Here are just a few moments from August that capture the spirit of the Wolfpack.

Inspiring words from Adam: I just started Cycle One today…it took me a while to get round to it πŸ˜… but I’m glad I did. Excellent class and I’m going to enjoy the on going journey of practice and learning. I only started yoga and finding you guys in January this year and I’ve come along way since then, I thank you all for that. πŸ™πŸΌ

Messages in the Community Space for The Wolfpack Path | Cycle 1:

Hi beautiful friends. Just starting my first week of Cycle 1. I used to practice with Breathe and Flow about 4 years ago. I fell off the practice for a long time and now being back and swing all of the structure and rhythm that’s been created in the Breathe and Flow universe is truly incredible. So grateful to be here. β€” Jeremiah. Welcome back friend!

Today is Day 1 for me on the Wolf Pack Path. I've done Yoga with Adrienne for years and about 3 years ago started the occasional video with Breathe and Flow. I'm excited to have a system that helps establish and build a routine, not just of body and movement, but of breath, spirit, and heart. Thank you! - Nicholas

Thank you for sharing your practice, your stories, and your hearts with us. We're so grateful to walk this path together.

With deep gratitude and love. πŸ’•

August brought the announcement of The Breathe and Flow Method | A Two-Day Immersion, in London this October πŸ‡¬πŸ‡§

An invitation to mind the gap between where you are and who you’re becoming, and to explore how movement, breath, anatomy, strength, mobility, and intentional practice can shape that process. We can’t wait to bring the Breathe and Flow Method to London to practice with you. πŸ™πŸ€

🐺 If two days of moving, learning, and practicing together sounds like what you need, reserve your spot for London here. We’d love to have you in the room with us.
