Looking back on April, it was a month of settling in, refining our direction, and quietly laying the foundation for what’s to come.

April moved fast, didn’t it?!

There was a lot happening behind the scenes at BnF. Big decisions, new support coming into our lives, long days with the team, and a growing sense that things are evolving in a very exciting way. 🌻

One of the biggest shifts we shared last month is that this summer’s Yoga Teacher Trainings in Spain will be the final in-person 200-hour BNF YTTs. These trainings have shaped so much of our lives over the years, and seeing how our students have grown, transformed, connected, and stepped into their own path through them has been incredibly moving. This meaningful chapter is coming to a close as we begin shaping the next evolution of Breathe and Flow. 🔥

At home, life has been full, too. 🏡 We’re incredibly grateful for the additional support for our young boys and our day-to-day life as we welcomed Grace into our family as our nanny. Even after only a couple of weeks in, it already feels deeply supportive not only for our family but also for the entire Breathe and Flow mission and everything we’re building moving forward.

Behind the scenes, the team has been fully immersed in building what’s next for the Wolfpack Membership Community. A lot of care, thought, and intention have gone into this evolution, with the focus on creating something to support your practice, not just for a challenge or a season, but for the reality of everyday life. 🌀 We’re genuinely excited to share more about that soon.

One of the most special moments last month was our April Community Gathering. Seeing so many of you show up from different corners of the world to listen, reflect, laugh, share, and simply be together felt incredibly beautiful. It was a reminder that beyond the videos, classes, and practices, this community is built through real human connection.

We are grateful for all of it. For the transitions, the work behind the scenes, and the moments of real connection. Thank you for being part of it all. For practicing with us. For growing alongside us. And for continuing to return to yourself, again and again, through this work. 🙏

Here’s what else unfolded in the BNF world last month…

This 20 min morning flow is for when your body feels stiff and needs a quick reset. From sharing the news of our final in-person 200-hour YTT to gathering with Wolfpack members from around the world, this month reminded us how meaningful this community truly is. Behind the scenes, we’ve also been pouring energy into the next evolution of the Wolfpack Platform, with exciting changes taking shape.

At our last YTTs in Peru, we filmed something deeply special. A short documentary sharing the voices of our students, people from all over the world reflecting on their journey with yoga. Why they began, what shifted along the way, and how the practice slowly became something woven into everyday life 🌿

Their stories are honest, human, and a beautiful reminder that yoga is not about performing poses perfectly. It is about connection. Awareness. Growth. Learning how to meet yourself more fully. We cannot wait to share this film with you 💛

And as we prepare for our final 200hr YTTs of this kind, it feels especially meaningful to reflect on the lives, friendships, and transformations that have grown from these trainings over the years. We only have a few spots left, and we would love to share this final chapter with you

‼️ Last Call: Final In-Person 200H YTT with Breathe and Flow ‼️

We’re getting very close now. Our 200-hour YTT preparation is well underway and this summer marks the final opportunity to experience a Breathe and Flow Yoga Academy 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certified Teacher Training in this immersive three-week, in-person format.

Over the years, these trainings have brought together people from all over the world to practice, learn, connect, and grow alongside one another. What unfolds during those three weeks goes faaar beyond learning poses or how to sequence a class. It becomes a shared rhythm of movement, reflection, challenge, laughter, conversation, and transformation. It’s about understanding the why behind the practice, developing awareness, and learning how to truly see, listen, and hold space.

We’ll explore asana, breathwork, meditation, anatomy, philosophy, and intelligent sequencing, all grounded in modern movement science and nervous system awareness. You’ll receive personalized feedback throughout, helping you build confidence in your body, your voice, and your path.

As we prepare for this final chapter, the energy around this year’s trainings already feels incredibly special.
