You know how life moves in seasons. There are seasons of building, seasons of travel, seasons of deep focus, and then there are the seasons of expansion, where you feel it’s time to shift gears and invite in support in a new way.

We’re in one of those moments, and we’d love to get your help.

As our boys grow and our work continues to expand, we’ve realized it’s time to bring someone into our home who can help hold the rhythm of our days with us. Someone steady, proactive, and warm. Someone who understands the kind of environment we care about when raising our kids: intentional language, nervous system awareness, deep presence, and movement & joy woven into everyday life.

So we’re hiring a Family Assistant & Nanny to help support our family in the coming months and years. This is a four-day-per-week role, with a minimum four-month commitment and strong potential to extend. The heart of the position is caring for our two boys (ages 1 and 4) by guiding play, supporting meals and naps, walking to nearby parks, baking, drawing, creating, and learning. Alongside childcare, the role includes light daily home flow support: resetting the kitchen, folding kids’ laundry, tidying play spaces, preparing lunch and snacks - the simple things that keep a home feeling calm and spacious rather than rushed at the end of a long day.

We’re looking for someone with at least two years of hands-on experience with infants and/or toddlers who has cared for two young children at once. A grounded, emotionally aware presence matters deeply to us. This person must be comfortable working while parents are home, be open to feedback, and respect confidentiality. The ability to speak Spanish is greatly appreciated but not required. Experience with Montessori or conscious parenting approaches is also a beautiful plus. 🧡

This is a W2 employee position at 28 hours per week with a monthly salary, a paid 2-day trial period, and a $2,000 USD starting bonus. This person must live in Las Vegas (or relocate there), and meals are provided on workdays. There is also an opportunity to have all-expenses-paid travel and join us as a traveling nanny when we go to Europe, South America, Bali, (and more) in the coming years. ✈️
