Wowzers, what a month.
Here's what arrived with June.
Hi friend,
We hope this little letter finds you well and creating space to reconnect with yourself, even if only for a few quiet moments each day. No matter where you are in your practice or in life, we're grateful you're here with us.
June was a special month for the entire Breathe and Flow team. For the first time in a long while, our whole team gathered together in Seville, Spain for our annual Team Offsite. β¨
Working remotely across different countries means we don't often get the opportunity to be in the same place, so spending the week together was incredibly meaningful. We shared meals, collaborated on exciting projects, mapped out the future of BNF, and filmed a huge amount of new content that we're so excited to share with you over the coming months. There is something irreplaceable about creating together in person, and we left feeling inspired, connected, and full of fresh ideas for what's ahead.
One of the biggest milestones this month was the launch of The Wolfpack Path.
The Path is designed as a long-term roadmap for your practice, bringing together weekly movement classes, breathwork, meditation, philosophy, self-inquiry, and integration into one journey. Whether you're looking for more consistency, more direction, or simply a deeper relationship with your practice, we hope it becomes something you can continue returning to for years to come. β€οΈ
As we look ahead, we're also preparing for something incredibly meaningful. In just a few days, we'll begin the first of our two final in-person 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training programs in Spain. These trainings have brought so much to the Breathe and Flow journey over the years, and it's hard to put into words how grateful we are for every student who has trusted us to guide them along the way. There are just a few spots remaining for those who feel called to join us for this final chapter in August. If you've been waiting for the right time, this may be it. We'd love to welcome you to Spain and share this once-in-a-lifetime experience together.
